ICI Researcher Delivers Keynote

David Hoff of the Institute for Community Inclusion was a keynote speaker at the National Organizational Change Forum held in Burlington, Vermont on October 21st and 22nd. Hoff’s presentation focused on the need to collectively reframe our thinking on the role of people with disabilities in society if we are going to reach a point where they are fully participating in the general workforce at the same rate as those without disabilities.

In addition to the keynote session, he also conducted a breakout session on Ten Essential Elements of Organizational Transformation, based on ICI’s research on the elements of organization transformation from facility-based services to supporting individuals in community employment.
